Over the Mountains

And over the mountains,
of that world,
I find the freedom, I seek.
Just over the mountains,
of that world,
I can be, as I need to.

Why I'm lying in chains here,
my place is up there,
where heaven calls my name.
And where is the wonder,
that's gonna safe me,
in my last night.

With death so close,
just one thing to confess: I'm loving you.
So hold me close and tell me that there's hope, before the morning comes - and say
that one day I'll sing my song for you over the mountains of that world,
cause when the morning comes my life will be at end.
(So please hold me close)

Just over the mountains,
of that world,
I find hope now.
And over the mountains,
of that world,
I dream to be with you.

So as I am looking at you, the dawn is breaking
the morning is here.
Fare well my dear old friend.
Good bye
I do love you.
